We pride ourselves on providing high-quality toys that we have hand-selected and as such we're sure you will be most satisfied with your goodies. However, in the event that you are not, we will happily exchange any item for change of mind purchases within 30 days of purchase (with proof of purchase) subject to the item/s being returned at the purchaser's cost and received back to us in original and saleable condition.

On occasion it may just happen that an item you have ordered has just made its way home with another happy customer before our website has had time to update.
Should such an event occur you will be notified immediately and our friendly and helpful staff will assist you in finding a replacement item, advise on timing to have the item re-ordered from our suppliers or in the event that neither of these outcomes provides an answer we will refund your money.
